Our team was approached to explore the renovation of a Jack & Jill bathroom into two distinct bathrooms with the goal of enhancing the enjoyment for guests at a Charleston rental property. Our mission was to not only maximize the utility of the space but also elevate the feel of luxury and functionality.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, our team not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations. By dividing the existing space with precision, we created two distinct bathrooms, each boasting its own character and charm.

The first bathroom, now a larger extension of the master bedroom, exudes elegance and sophistication. Adorned with sleek marble countertops and brushed gold fixtures, it is now a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation for guests, with a spacious walk-in shower as the centerpiece of the new design.
The second bathroom, accessible from the adjacent hallway, features a new door location. Crisp white tiles paired with brushed gold fixtures and a new stylish vanity and minimalist fixtures maximized the look our customer envisioned. With a functional tub for guests of all ages and ample storage solutions, it is now a haven of efficiency and convenience for its occupants.
